TYFA REGISTRATION & CERTIFICATION***
Parents PLEASE see schedule and rules for registration.
You will be receiving an email prior to this as we are inputting player/cheerleader names into the database.
*YOU MUCT COMPLETE THIS BEFORE YOU CAN CONTINUE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS!!!*
The expectation is for teams to be present at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled times to allow organizations to get paperwork and players organized. Players MUST be present for certification.
The following items are the ONLY acceptable forms of verification for players NO EXCEPTIONS:
Original (not a copy/not hospital version) State issued Birth Certificate; or
Original (not a copy/ not hospital version) Government issued Birth Certificate from another country; or
Court Paperwork (child’s name and date of birth must be present); or
Valid Military ID, Passport or State ID
AND copy of last report card from last school year (9U and 11U only)
